My take on social construction

 My take on social construction is basically the meaning or notion placed on a object or event by society , this directly correlates with media because there are lots of  meaning placed on and objects by society in media . An example is sexuality , sexual attraction practices and identity which may or may not align with sex and gender . In society people that are attracted to the same sex a more than likely to not be accepted because people don't think that's right . People in society believe that everyone should be attracted to the opposite gender or otherwise your in the wrong you will not be excepted . That's how media relates to social construction .
